Make the invisible parts of work visible.
Companies are deploying more SaaS, more AI, and more transformation than ever. The leaders accountable for performance are flying with less visibility than they had five years ago. Levos exists to fix that.
Why Levos exists.
The tools your workforce uses every day generate massive amounts of data about how work actually happens. None of that data flows to the people who need it.
CHROs operate on surveys and exit interviews. CFOs operate on headcount and payroll. CROs operate on pipeline and quota. Managers operate on gut feel.
Meanwhile, the data exists. It is sitting in Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, Workday, and dozens of other tools. The problem is not data scarcity. The problem is data fragmentation. A CFO at one of the largest US homebuilders described it this way: 44 departments, no central view of who is working on what, and weekly Excel audits to catch the duplication that the systems should have flagged automatically. The pattern repeats across industries.
Levos is the operating system that aggregates that fragmentation into one intelligence layer. We do not replace your existing tools. We make them collectively smarter.
The company.
Levos AI is a workforce intelligence company headquartered in the United States. We build the Human Capital Operating System for mid-market and enterprise organizations that need to measure AI deployment, workforce performance, and human capital outcomes from one source of truth.
Levos was founded by Tomer Mann. For years, he sold workplace communications and experience management software to CTOs, VPs of IT, and enterprise technology leaders at Fortune 500 to 2,000 organizations, including Deloitte, L3Harris, AstraZeneca, and Capital One. The work involved pulling real-time data from every API in the modern enterprise stack: PowerBI, M365, Google Workspace, SSO and Active Directory, Infor, Jira, ServiceNow, and dozens more. He watched the same problem play out across every customer: the tools generated rich data, but they did not talk to each other. Executives were making decisions on partial data while their workforce was producing complete data inside fragmented systems. Levos is the operating layer for that gap.
Levos is currently working with select organizations to refine the platform before broader release.
Built inside lines we publish openly.
Workforce intelligence has a history. Several platforms in this category have crossed lines. We built Levos to operate inside lines that we publish openly and enforce contractually.
What Levos measures.
Behavioral signals pulled from connected workplace tools through customer-authorized OAuth flows. Six signal families:
What Levos never measures.
The following are never captured or stored, for any customer. This list is not configurable.
How individual data is collected, scored, and protected.
Levos collects individual-level signals per person from every connected tool. This is what makes coaching, 1:1 prep, performance reviews, and attrition risk possible. The platform cannot work without individual data. What changes with Levos is who sees what. You see your own data in full detail, always. Your direct manager sees your data, the same access they already have today in Slack, GitHub, Jira, and Salesforce, unified into one view. Anyone above your direct manager (skip-level executives, HR, finance, other departments) sees you only as part of a team or department aggregate. Individual data does not flow up the chain routinely. Peers never see your individual data. Aggregated team and department views require at least five people in the group. The one exception: when the system detects an urgent issue (attrition risk on a key person, performance signal requiring intervention) it can surface that individual to executive leadership for escalation. This escalation is always logged for the employee.
The use restriction.
Every Levos customer signs that Levos data may not be used as the sole or primary basis for termination, demotion, or compensation reduction.
The transparency mandate.
Every Levos customer must enable the Employee persona view for at least 90 percent of mapped users within 60 days of contract start. Every employee at every Levos customer can see what we see about them, signal by signal.
Opt-out and escalation.
Any individual employee may opt out of personal-level signal collection. Their data still flows into aggregate organizational metrics but no individual scoring or coaching applies.

Levos collects individual data per person across every connected tool, because that is what makes coaching, performance reviews, and 1:1 prep work. What changes is who sees that data. You see your own data, always. Your direct manager sees your data, the same access they have today in your tools, just unified. Anyone above your manager (skip-level executives, HR, finance, other departments) sees you only as part of a team aggregate of at least five people. Smaller teams are not surfaced at the executive level because four-person aggregates can still identify individuals. Urgent signals (attrition risk, performance flags) can escalate to leadership when needed, with every access logged for the employee to see.
No. Every customer signs that Levos data may not be used as the sole or primary basis for termination, demotion, or compensation reduction. This is a contractual restriction, not a policy.
