None of them aggregate behavioral signals from across the workforce tech stack to measure AI deployment impact in real time. Levos is the operating layer above all of them. Levos measures AI workforce ROI using controlled cohort analysis with confidence scoring. We pull behavioral signals from connected tools, compare adopting teams to non-adopting teams while controlling for tenure, role, and tool stack, and produce confidence-rated outputs. Levos collects individual data because that is what makes coaching, 1:1 prep, and performance reviews work. The privacy mechanism is the access hierarchy: you see your own data, your direct manager sees your data (same access they have today), and skip-level executives see team aggregates of at least five people.
